partition questions

I am trying to get a dedicated server and do a perfect setup of fedora core and LAMP and Ispconfig.

One of the questions asked to me when setting up a server was
All have 128MB boot & 2GB swap - select the remaining space partition

Options are
2 GB in /var and rest in /
60GB in /var and rest in /
or Custom
This is an 80Gb server and I plan to host 5 or 6 websites on it .

Can you advise me which is the best option to go for and also why.

If you want to install ISPConfig, you should try this option:
60GB in /var and rest in /

because ISPConfig installs the web sites in /var, and the emails and MySQL databases will be stored there as well.
