Configure Mail Server (Post)

Where is the console? how write here?

The console is the shell or command line window. You can connect to it with an SSH client such as PuTTY ( http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html ).
And yes, you must write the commands there.
