upgrdae from ISPConfig to 42go ISP-Manager

is there an easy way to upgrade from opensource ISPConfig to the commercial 42go ISPManager?

I own a license of ispmanager but I'm using it only for testing on a local server. On my production server I have installed ispconfig, but maybe on day I want to use the invoicetool of 42goISP-Manager.

Maybe it is possible in the future to offer the additional functions of ispmanager as commercial addon to ispconfig?

Currently not, but we're thinking about it...
