can not update

Hello all,
I want to update ispconfig via webinterface but get an error:

konnte Datei nicht kopieren
could not copy file


what is wrong?
can someone help?

You can not update ISPConfig trough the web interface. Please have a look here for the update instructions:

But when I starting the script manually I will loose my certificates.
Is there a way to keep the certificates?

Make a backup of the directory /root/ispconfig/httpd/conf/, then update ISPConfig, restore the conf directory and then restart ISPConfig.
