Hi,
for some reasaon my domains are unreachble, e.g if i goto www.example.com it works fine however if you go directly to the site site.com it shows the sharedip page:confused: Is there anyway to get my site.com to go to www.example.com ?

I tried adding a co-domain e.g exmaple.com however it said that already existed:confused:

Any ideas?

It might still be in the Recycle Bin! If so, delete it, and try recreating it again.

Your A record should look like this...



site.com A ipaddress
www A ipaddress

You most likely have the first A record pointed to www.site.com
