backing up...

i tried to backup three websites with all the data and sql databases. i selected the "download" rather than the ftp server one. curiously, it never popped up a file to download and just went to a blank page within the frame after a while. any ideas what's up with that? am i to use an FTP client to download from the server from some specific location?

We're investigating this as someone had a similar problem recently (the browser wanted to download a small file whereas the backup should have been a few MB).

Have the same problem for 2 domains, The backup option in the control panel allows me to backup all websites except for 2 of them which are fairly large websites. Instead the backup download zip file is downloaded but the zip file is corrupt and will not open.

Any suggestions!!!
