Adding users from external file

Hi,

I want to set up a new server with ispconfig to substitute an email server without ispconfig that I have now in production.

The problem is that I have to migrate about 3000 users from the current system to the new ispconfig server.

There is only one site on this server.

I can extract the users of the current system to a txt file.

Is there a way to read this file and add the users to the new ispconfig server?

But it seems that I have to update from 2.2.11 (stable) to 2.3.0 or 2.3.1 (unstable) and I want this for a production system.

Is this correct or am I confused?

If I am not confused, Is there any other posibility?
