Two slight problems I have:
Background: Suse 10 200GB SATA 60GB IDE
1) I am using the KDE and when I browse to the 60GB drive that holds my install the window lists all the folders /etc/ ect.... if I right click in an open space the "Create New" option is not available (grayed out) why is that???? if I use a terminal I can create a new folder but not if I use the GUI.
2) If I try to change the permissions for an entire hard drive using GUI the dialogue box that shows the progress of the operation keeps saying "stalled" with an intermitent xxkb showing. Why???? and how do I fix it????
Thanks
