A job in a hosting/webdesign company

Hello!

I'm curious if some of You guys ever had a job in a webdesign company.
That job would consist on designing websites in Html,Php,MySQL and Javascript and also installing them on their servers. The use of CMSes would be ok too.
How much salary should a person get in this kind of job.
I know that it depends on lots of different factors but I'd like to know Your opinion about it.

So how about the salary ? I don't need exact numbers but more or less how much should an employee get in Your opinion for that kind of a job?
