I just made my first Linux box using The Perfect Fedor 6 Desktop How-To. Everything went as stated and I found my new machine can do just about everything my Windows box can except I don't have any software to access my Usenet Newgroups.
Does anyone have a good suggestion for an app that I could use for this. I have previously used NewLeecher for Windows and would like something close to that.
Thanks in advance.

If you already should have installed Thunderbird as you mail client you could
try, if its newsreader features satisfy you.
Also have a look at RSSOwl at
http://www.rssowl.org/overview
or Gnus at
http://gnus.org/about.html
or sylpheed at
http://sylpheed.sraoss.jp/en/features.html
There are even more news readers to try out, but if you want to keep it
simple i'd suggest Thunderbird or RSSOwl, and maybe later switch to another
news reading method / software.
