When I try to access to the servername URL, I see a website of a customer.

Servername : web1.tribal-dolphin.net (http://web1.tribal-dolphin.net)
I see this web site : www.tribal-dolphin.net (http://www.tribal-dolphin.net)

What can i do to correct this ?

Another error, I've no access to /stats/ for all the website in this server.

If there is no website in ISPConfig for a given domain, you will see the fisrt website created for this particular IP. To resolve this, create a website for the domain.

Another error, I've no access to /stats/ for all the website in this server.

You have to use the username and password that you use for FTP and email. The passwords are set when the stats are being generated at night.
