Routing subdomain to a different computer

Ok, maybe this is pretty simple to do, but I haven't figured it out yet. Right now, my ISPconfig runs on my server with the IP of 192.168.1.130. I have this software that uses Apache and Tomcat on my other computer as that software is compiled for Windows. The IP of that machine is 192.168.1.110 and the Tomcat server runs on port 8001.

Is there anyway for me to create a subdomain such as http://fsm.plastikracing.net that links to 192.168.1.110:8001 instead of the IP address of the ISPconfig server?

If this doesn't make sense, I might be able to explain it a little better if you don't understand.

I think you can do that by using the reverse proxy capability of the apache webserver. Create a apache vhost for fsm.plastikracing.net and use the apacxhe mod_proxy module to load the content from your windows server.
