System log files does ISPconfig rotate them? (besides the www log which is set my the % limit or hard limit)

The system logfiles are rotated by the lograotate program of your linux distribution and not IDSPConfig.

ISPConfig sets up a whloe new bunch of log files in /var/www/web##/ which are not being rotated. Is this an oversight? Is thre a recommended script which will rotate all of them or does each rotation and cron job have to be individually set?

ISPConfig removes these files automatically when the log file quota for the website is reached. You can set this quota on the options tab of the website.
