I'm having the same problem. I Tried the install command gain.

    `yum install libmad`

     `yum install libmad-devel

 I then get the following error:

 Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit               
Setting up Install Process                       
Parsing package install arguments                
No package libmad-devel available.               
Nothing to do 

Does anyone know (in detail) how to correct this?
