daloradius problem

Evey time I try to login to daloradius it says:

Database connection error

Error message: DB error: not found

Debug: unable to include the DB/.php file for ':radius:mypass@127.0.0.1/radiusdb

I got access accepted packets  on the sql test so I know that part is functioning correctly. Can anyone help with this? Thank you all for your valuable time.
