I hate to be the one to say it, because it is truly stupid. I had the same question a few months ago, and it turns out that the images are under copyright by Cisco. So, the author would be liable for copyright infringement if he provided you with them.

If you can find something called Packet Tracer, it has an awesome emulator, as well as some great visual aids for learning Cisco gear.
