206-unable to create UDP NIO

Great tutorial.  I have not looked into Cisco emulation on Linux before.  I have used the Boson netsim on Windows years ago but it is nice to have an emulator that can run the real thing and even better to have one that runs on Linux. 

One suggestion. If you are running webmin on its default port 10000 you will receive a 206-unable to create UDP NIO error.  I would make note of this in the tutorial to save people some time troubleshooting.
