Updating GRUB2

I installed mdadm RAID 1 per your article with 2x500GB SATA HDD. I had it all working fine till this one part on updating GRUB. I installed GRUB2 and my Lenny did not include the grub console. After several googling, here is what I used, instead:
grub-install /dev/sdagrub-install /dev/sdbupdate-grub
which will sync both GRUB copies.
