why Error like this

[root@teddy ~]# /etc/init.d/proftpd start
Starting proftpd:  - warning: unable to determine IP address of 'teddy'
 - error: no valid servers configured
 - Fatal: error processing configuration file '/etc/proftpd.conf'
                                                           [FAILED]

what's wrong with my configuration ???
