First of all thanks for writing this guide :) Just a few little problems with the howto The repository has been moved to a different server http://blog.kagesenshi.org/2007/06/low-bandwidth-repository-moved.html the new .repo file is at http://devel.foss.org.my/~kagesenshi/repo/pub/kagesenshi.repo fusion-icon (formerly compiz-icon) is now working. You can launch compiz using it. (I have updated the main blog post about the changes) and btw .. the links .. core compiz site is at compiz.org .. but compiz fusion is at opencompositing.org
