Just went through this entire guide an installed PCLinuxOS on my computer. Works great! =)

It seems though the app Azureus is no longer on the server you provided. Instead I just used:

wget http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/metalab/distributions/texstar/pclinuxos/apt/pclinuxos/2007/RPMS.extra/azureus-2.5.0.4-3pclos2007.i586.rpm

then to install it:

rpm -ivh azureus-2.5.0.4-3pclos2007.i586.rpm
