Mutil Master Replication

Dear, I have done the Multi master Replication with the proceedure described above. No records are being replicated on both servers. and the status of the Slave shows: Slave_IO_Running: NO Slave_SQL_Running: Yes And same thing are shown on both Servers when looking at the 'show slave status\G;' Please help me out how i can rectify this problem.
