proftpd slow login Submitted by pavlom (registered user) on Mon, 2006-10-09 09:41. Following this howto I found that the login to the ftp server was very slow. I fixed it addind the following line to /etc/proftpd.conf: IdentLookups off   I hope this will be useful to you all. Please do not use the comment function to ask for help!
