rbash stands for restricted bash shell. In UNIX like operating when a user is created a default shell (/bin/bash) is assigned. So a user can move to any body's directories , so to avoid this situation we can assign the restricted shell to a user , restricted shell is just like a jail like environment or chroot environment.
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is still a long way out, but it seems that Canonical hasn't abandoned its plans to also release a reliable Ubuntu for TVs version of its distribution.
The /dev/random changes went in for the Linux 3.13 kernel and this pull request was even interesting for the very promising next kernel release. While not in Linux 3.13, it's mentioned the Linux kernel might also end up taking a security feature from the FreeBSD playbook.
Last week the GlassFish was the latest former Sun open source product, Oracle kicked back to the community and ended its support for. It got me thinking whether MySQL users should be worried as it's not the first time Oracle has axed support for a Sun open source product.
Libdrm, the DRM library that interfaces between the user-space graphics components (namely Mesa and the X.Org drivers) with the Linux kernel DRM drivers, is now up to version 2.4.48. Big with libdrm 2.4.48 is Intel "Broadwell" and AMD Radeon "Hawaii" GPU support.

It's mostly a series of archaic command line entry and user input that is so convoluted, it often sounds like a video game cheat code. Nvidia has announced the latest version of its GPU programming language, CUDA 6, which adds a "Unified Memory" capability that, as its name implies, relieves programmers from the trials and tribulations of having to manually copy data back and forth between separate CPU and GPU memory spaces.
Dell has started selling a thin and light touchscreen laptop called the XPS 13 Developer Edition, which will have Ubuntu Linux OS and Intel’s fourth-generation Core processors, code-named Haswell.

On October 26th, ten year old Charlie Thompson went to a Halloween party at a friends house in rural New York state. The weather was reasonably mild, so much of the party took place outside. At some point the children began playing a game of hide and seek. Charlie and another boy found a wooden board that Charlie thought would be a perfect place to hide. He lifted the board and knelt on another board that was underneath.
